This Northern Property is located on the Cheboygan River just 10 minutes from town. The house is just 2.5 north of Mullet Lake, Indian River and Burt lake, and just 4 miles south of Duncan Bay and Lake Huron! The house is set privately at the end of a road. From Arcade, card and pool tables inside, to water access, grills, kayaks, paddle boards and a dock to fish or anchor your boat outside, you can have a paradise get away and plenty to do with out even leaving! We have cleared most of the weeds and over growth by the water as well as added a beach with an expansion to the shallow swimming area.

Summary: Very nice views, lots of TVs, very hot afternoons on deck and in kitchen (no air) No shade on west side of house to avoid the hot sun. Kitchen well stocked, lots of seating. Nice quiet location at end of road. Lots of games in game room. West windows main floor no shades to block hot sun.
