The best water views, sunsets and location on Sea Island. 1105 River Club, 'Coastal Living', was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2020. This professionally decorated 4 bedroom/4 bath waterfront unit is a stand-out in the peaceful seclusion of River Club and a short 2-block walk to the Cloister Hotel, Beach Club, or Tennis/Spa/Fitness facilities. Downstairs provides a spacious open floor plan with combined living and dining areas. The spectacular marsh is the focal point and affords scenic views from every vantage point. A fireplace flanked by bookshelves is surrounded by comfortable designer couches and chairs and an internet enabled flatscreen tv. The dining table easily seats 8, with an additional table seating an extra 4 - perfect place for a puzzle or game night. The completely renovated, modern and well-equipped kitchen boasts new high-end stainless steel appliances, marble countertops with bar-stool seating, and even a Keurig for your use. A new Peloton bike allows for a marsh-view workout and bikes for exploring Sea Island are kept in the two-car garage, which also includes a full-size washer and dryer. A downstairs bunk room with a full bed on bottom, twin on top, and pull out full trundle and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower is perfect for kids or a nanny. Outside the tabby terrace will be a gathering place to watch the ever-changing river, dolphins, and spectacular sunsets, or simply to relax beneath the palms. Its a great spot to grill, too. Upstairs, three bedrooms await, all including their own completely renovated ensuite full bath. The spacious master suite includes a king bed, with its own private adjoining office, more magnificent marsh views showcased by large windows and an ensuite bathroom with a marble shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bath with tub/shower. The third upstairs bedroom easily functions as a second master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a marble shower. 2 dogs up to 70lbs each are permitted, $150 non-refundable deposit per pet. SEA ISLAND PRIVILEGES: Owner has Sea Island Membership. Lessee Access Cards that give access to all Sea Island amenities are available provided guest reimburses Owner for card fees. Sea Island 2019 Rates: Adults (26+): $150 (daily) Under 26: $40 (daily) (2 free with 2 adult cards/see below) Applicable to Member's rental tenants. Lessee Card fees are per person (parent/s) and include two (2) unmarried dependent children, per family, under the age of 26. A minimum of two (2) Adult cards ($300) per cottage is required and fee will be charged to the sponsoring Member's account. Rental tenants over the age of six (6) will be issued a Lessee Access Card. Contact the Sea Island Club Membership for additional information. Example, a family of 5 with two adults and 3 children under 26 will be charged the following on a daily basis: $150 per adult per day, nothing for 2 of the 3 children (under 26) and $40 for the 3rd child under 26. The total amount for this family would be $340 per day.
