This fantastic waterfront home has an open floor plan with a lofted ceiling in the living area so that both the first and second floors offer breathtaking views of the pond. The main floor of the house features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Attached to the open living space is a master suite with full bath, a half bath for guests, and a huge 540 ft2 screened in porch with HD television that is perfect for outdoor dining and entertainment. Three bedrooms and 1.5 baths are located on the second floor. The finished basement includes a recreation room with large screen (65”) television, a 5th bedroom and bunk bed in the Rec room (counted as the 6th BR in the listing). The house also has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and wifi.
At the water’s edge, enjoy a private, white-sand beach. Coonamessett Pond, the largest freshwater body in Falmouth, is renowned for its recreational opportunities, including kayaking, sailing, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding (SUP).
