3 Bedroom House in Dutton, Gloucester

Our river house sits on the Piankatank river, come enjoy breathtaking sunsets off of our 100 Foot pier and extensive decking. You can dock your boat at our pier with a boat ramp within walking distance. for larger families, we have added a second story, with a king size bed, on suite bathroom, and queen inflatable mattress. You will have access to the entire home. For smaller families we rent out just the bottom portion of the house, as Pelicans Rest A. No one will be in the upper part. We are pet friendly

You will have access to the entire house, pier, and property. We might, on occasion, need pier access to get to our boat, or use our kayaks, but we will let you know in advance. There are two kayaks available for your enjoyment.

Summary: This home comes well stocked. Kitchen has many appliances. Kayaks were in good shape. River was very quiet this time of year. Home is decorated with a lot of artwork and houseplants. A very comfortable home. Not many neighbors this time of year. We had a great time and would highly recommend this home.
