This waterfront property offers spectacular views of Pettaquamscutt Cove on the Narrow River. This spacious split-level contemporary property brightens any day. The main floor features an eat-in kitchen with an adjoining deck, dining and living room with 52" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a recently renovated tile bath, also on the main floor, has a 32" flat screen TV and there is an additional guest bedroom and half bath nearby. The lower level features a spacious bedroom with private bath, laundry area and garage. For your comfort, the property has central air conditioning and ceiling fans. During the cool weather season, a wood burning stove provides warmth and ambiance.
Breathtaking water views and majestic sunsets can be seen from every room. This is a vacation location you will want to return to year after year.
If you enjoy wildlife, this property is paradise for you. Often seen are Osprey, American Bald Eagle, Purple Finch, North American Beaver, White Tailed Deer and Wild Turkey just to name a few.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this clean, very comfortable home in a lovely setting. The views of the Pettasquamscutt Cove right in front of us were outstanding. The deck overlooking all this beauty created instant peace and relaxation.
