Summary: The house is nice however it is not on a lake. It’s is on a pond that you are not allowed to swim and it takes less than 10 minutes to kayak around the whole thing. The listing advertises 2 kayaks and a paddle boat. This is true but there is only 1 paddle for the kayaks and the rudder on the paddle boat was broken off so you can not use it since you can not turn. Also the pier is a safety hazard. There is a high drop from the upper part to the lower part and should have a step. The mattresses in the bedrooms are awful and need to be replaced you sink in to the middle and the boxspring creeks any time you move. It also advertises linens provided this is just a bottom sheet and pillow cases. There are no top sheets or blanket just a comforter (Asked for these items from our contact and no response) they did send out a repair man to unclog the showers (they were full of hair) and fix the air hockey table and the pool sticks with no tips. Once everything was fixed in the basement the kids loved it down there. Overall the house has potential but it’s outdated and needs some tlc. Also I feel like the fact that you can not swim and that the waterfront is to a pond not a lake should be clearly stated in the description
