Just a short walk and you are on the beach! One block away from the first beach access point.
Leaving our road and venturing to the left you'll find Mimmos 30A, Blue Mabel and That's What Sea Said.. Great close local spots for a beverage or bite to eat.. Little farther down and you've got the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery.. Great spot to bring the kiddos to grab something sweet..
Heading towards the right and you've got Pecan Jacks to satisfy that sweet tooth, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar for slurping oysters and sucking down beers, and The Perfect Pig to start your day or make the hangover go away.. this is the close to home goto spot to get that breakfast going..
This was my dream location for sugar sands, waterfront entertainment, and a place to really host family and corporate events with tons and tons to do. From beaches, backyard kayaks, bikes for 30A, throwing those hot dice and so much more!
Privacy is always guaranteed as the back of the home has 100' waterfront and faces a small island that will never be built on. The home was designed to embrace the peacefulness of the lake with a large covered deck off the 2nd floor kitchen area and a lower open deck that cantilevers out over the lake. It has a natural gas fire pit with glass beads and brass burners for hours of entertaining.
Most of the lot is enclosed by a 6' wood, dog-eared fence. This creates a safe place for kids to enjoy without the worry. We have a 6x6 inflatable pool with waterslide for toddlers to enjoy upon request for hours of fun in the summer.
The main living area is on the 2nd floor with a foyer, a great room, a large eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room a bedroom, a laundry room and a half bath.
The floors are beautiful engineered hardwood with tile floors in the kitchen, laundry and baths.
The great room makes a bold statement with its soaring ceiling and cross beams.
Large screen TV is there for hooking up your Amazon Fire or Apple TV.
The gourmet kitchen will please any chef with wide open space; a gorgeous island and breakfast bar, all top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom recessed Shaker style cabinets, 2 pantries, a separate prep area, lots of counter space. Kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook and relax!
There are double doors leading to the large covered deck overlooking the lake.
The Upper floor has an enormous master suite. The master bath has double vanities, a jetted tub and a separate tile enclosed shower with shower head and rain can, so you can say goodbye to stress after a day at the beach in complete luxury.
The Third floor also features two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed and one with a trundle bed .
On the Main Floor there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds that also have a trundle so it can sleep another 4.. This room is best for young adults or children.
Lower Level leads to a covered patio and the deck on the lake. Wonderful features throughout the home include crown molding, impact resistant windows, Rinnai tankless gas water heater, 2 zone electric HVAC system, natural gas hookup for upper deck, 9 foot ceilings on 2nd and 3rd floors, plantation shutters.
