You won't find a better vacation home on Ono Island! This spacious and comfortable Cottage style waterfront home features a panoramic view of Ol' River, a private beachy area, and a private dock with boat slips. Southern Exposure is a single story home built for entertaining with a large open gathering area and 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths. The 5th bedroom and bath is a guest suite with it's own private entrance and area downstairs. This home has over 3,000 square feet of living space and over 400 square feet of covered outdoor space. There is bedding to sleep 12 people in beds and room for toddlers on pack-n-plays or air mattresses provided by guests. Maximum occupancy is 14. No pets allowed. CANCELLATION: If you must cancel due to COVID-19 "Lock Down" issues, then we will fully refund your money. If cancellation is received less than 30-days prior to check-in, for any other reasons, you will forfeit all monies paid-in. If you cancel 30-days or more prior to your reservation, for any other reasons, all funds will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee and any CC processing fees. IMPORTANT NOTES: We will use the card you enter to make a payment, unless you indicate 'check' on the rental contract. Rental contract is required after making a reservation request. Payment Options: Personal check or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.75% fee of total amount due. Balance is due 30-days prior to arrival; Bookings within 30-days of arrival must pay by credit or debit card.
