Relax at our beautiful deep-water oasis in Hernando Beach, Florida with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy coffee on the porch watching the dolphins play in the cove, fish off the dock or take your boat out (or rent one) to the flats, then come back to watch the vibrant sunsets from the backyard. Kayaking, biking, boating, fishing, sight-seeing, or doing absolutely nothing but enjoy nature - we have it all.
Accommodations: We can host up to 6 guests. The home has two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two queen sized beds. One large bathroom with a tub/shower. Fans in all rooms, coffee bar, large screen cable TV, laundry facilities, air-conditioning, and full kitchen.
Trailer and RV Accommodation: We offer parking for RVs and trailers, which is convenient for travelers with larger vehicles. However, it's important to note that there are no utility hook-ups for RVs.
Age Restrictions: The property is not suitable for smaller children due to the open seawall and 5' drop to the water depending on the tides. Guests aged 12 and up are welcome, as long as their parents are diligent in ensuring their safety. Your comfort and safety is our primary priority as hosts.
Check In/Out: Check in time is at 3:00 PM via a front door keypad code. Check out time is 11:00AM. Clear instructions are provided for a convenient arrival and departure.

We have established some rules to maintain a pleasant and safe environment for all guests:
- No smoking in the house or porch, with a $500 deep cleaning fee for rule breakers.
- No pets are allowed.
- Only registered guests are permitted.
- No parties, as the property is located in a residential neighborhood.
- Bedroom windows should remain closed due to keeping the biting no-see-ums out of the house. Porch doors may be open as special screens have been installed to keep the nasty buggers out! Please turn off the air-conditioner if you keep doors open.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property. Kerry is a nice host and was able to make us feel extra special during our visit. The house is comfortable for a small family and has an amazing back yard. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, riding the kayaks on the water, and watching TV together. There was a friendly dolphin who played in the water while we were outside. The house has everything you need to enjoy some quiet relaxing time and it’s close to Weeki Watchi Springs too. Don’t look for a beach in Hernando Beach because there isn’t one but there are plenty of places to get into the water and have fun! Would stay again!
