This SHOWSTOPPING & EXCLUSIVE property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a full-size fridge in your gourmet kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, gas range/microwave and your own personal firepit. It is located on the owner's private dock and sits in a secluded waterway. Just steps away from the houseboat is the gorgeous “Oasis” pool.
This permanently docked houseboat is PERFECT for families, friends or couples visiting the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis Boat Shows or any of the many fabulous Annapolis events in town.
The property is a mere 3 miles away from Downtown Annapolis.
