Condo balcony overlooks the Agua Hedionda Lagoon and features partial ocean view. Condo is located in private & secure community with direct access to a lagoon, trails, pools, hot tubs and more. Condo has been recently upgraded with a modern beach vibe to create a refreshing retreat for you to enjoy!

Condo Features:
Condo accommodates a maximum of 5 guest. Condo is 1,460 sq. feet and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full size sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. The lagoon is visible from living room and balcony. A hot tub and grill are located within steps of condo. Additional features include, free Wi-Fi, heat and air conditioning, Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room, in-unit washer and dryer, extra linens and towels, beach supplies including beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach/pool towels, plus more.
