The home comes with 4 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, which includes a beautiful master suite with a walk-in closet, 1 bedroom ensuite, 2 bedrooms which share a Jack n' Jill bathroom, and an upstairs loft with its own bathroom.
For your comfort and stay, the home includes new living area and bar seating, central air conditioning and heating and WiFi. Within the kitchen you have quartz counters & Subzero appliances, 2 refrigerators & freezers, ice maker and wine cooler. Walk through the glass patio doors and your picture perfect outdoor entertaining awaits you! You have an outdoor covered kitchen with bar seating and patio furniture looking out over the water and dock area.
The private dock at water's edge is steps away from the home and comes with two(2) slips. For your recreation activities we have available; 2 kayaks, in which you can paddle along the water, 2 paddle boards and a lily pad for your enjoyment within the water, along with life jackets for your safety.
You will have 4 parking spaces on the property which is secured by a perimeter fence and security gate.
With your boat(s) and jet skis parked at the dock. You can always take a quick boat ride to Dover Bay for a nice and quaint dinner. (see Sandpoint Water Sports for all rental needs)
