This fully furnished waterfront bungalow is a relaxing retreat equipped with high-speed Starlink Internet and a reliable Generac backup generator. Enjoy idyllic views from a spacious deck, surrounded by the soothing sounds of gentle lapping waves along the shore. Only a 20-minute drive from Highway 401, allowing easy access for your relaxing escape. Here, unforgettable experiences come as standard.
There are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom that faces the water has a king sized bed, ensuite 2-piece bath, two large closets, and a chest of drawers. The first guest bedroom has an adult-sized bunk bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large clothes closet.
The living room has a 42in TV with satellite TV service. The primary bedroom has a 55in smart TV with satellite TV service and popular streaming apps that guests may log into and use.
The home comes fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked full of plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
The fire pit near the water can be used as long as there isn't an active burn ban and guests register their burn with the County. The home comes with a burn permit.
