What's nearby: This lakefront escape is part of the Nevermore Cabins, a gorgeous compound on the Burnt Jacket Peninsula with almost a century of history as part of the Allagash youth camp. Today, you'll be in the midst of 12 acres of woodland trails and shoreline, nine miles south of Lily Bay State Park, and 10 miles north of downtown Greenville (which is also reachable by boat or snowmobile across the lake). Come wintertime, you'll be just 18 miles east of Big Squaw Mountain. Things to know: Free WiFi Kitchenette with a small refrigerator, stove, and oven, as well as a microwave and coffee maker Docks and kayaks available, weather and lake conditions permitting, June through September The dock is for swimming/sitting only, and not for mooring a boat *Winter Guests: Please note that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is required for winter, the road only gets plowed after five inches of snow and the driveway can only fit a two place trailer and one vehicle.
