There is plenty of room for the whole family, and more at our massive Lake House in Chain Valley Bay. Enjoy your time away either relaxing in the hot tub or spend the afternoon playing life size chess by the lake, while the kids jump for the sky on the trampoline. Tranquillity at it’s finest with the water views from the balcony, while you enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature by the lake.
The Space:
Main House:
The main house has four large bedrooms all with queen size beds, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe space. It has a large fully equipped country style kitchen capable of catering for the whole clan and plenty of space for those inclined to prepare the Sunday roast. In the lounge & dining space there is a movie projector so you can create your own home cinema experience until lights out.
Granny Flat:
In the granny flat there are two additional bedrooms both with queen beds and storage space. It also has its own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There’s another TV and dining room for guests to relax and enjoy.
Outdoor Space:
The property has direct access to the lake from the backyard. There is a hot tub downstairs, trampoline, and life-size chess board. There is a balcony off the main house with its own private BBQ with views to the lake. We have a 2 person kayak at the property that you can use. The boat ramp, local park and BBQ area is just four houses down the street.
Guest Access:
You and your crew will have exclusive access to the entire lake house and adjoining granny flat.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet area with boat ramp, corner store/bottle shop, park and basketball court.
Other Things to Note:
Please know that this is NOT a party house. No bucks or hens allowed. This is a quiet area and respecting our neighbors is ESSENTIAL. Any issues that arise from a lack of respect of neighbors, or noise complaints will be dealt with on a zero tolerance basis.
In accordance with our local council, here are the time restrictions when noise should not be heard in a habitable room in a neighbour’s residence:
- Before 8am and after midnight on any Friday, Saturday or the day immediately before a public holiday
- Before 8am and after 10pm on any other day
