Year round home, directly on the water on Little Ossipee Lake , available for weekly rentals. Great location in a quiet cove. Nice large level lot, perfect for children. Crystal clear water, great for swimming, boating and fishing. Wide steps with rails from dock into water. Beautiful waterfront gazebo and hammock that’s perfect for reading or relaxing. Fully furnished home. - bring food, drinks and your toothbrush! New central heat and air conditioning for your comfort. New large screen “smart” TV’s in living room and each of the 3 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a 3/4 bath. Large master, with king size bed and balcony with table and 2 chairs facing the lake. Self inflating comfortable queen size mattress to sleep two others. Other two bedrooms both have full size beds, one bedroom has another tv with a game console. The first floor has open floor plan with large dining table, eat-in kitchen bar, large living room with sofa, love seat rocking chair and bean bags, kitchen with large refrigerator, electric range, microwave and beverage cooler, laundry room with new washer/ dryer as well as a full bath. Family board games for rainy days Slider from living room leads to patio area facing the lake. Built in Gas BBQ grilling area with refrigerator, large circular picnic table with umbrella, large gazebo and a relaxing double glider. Fire pit on the waters edge with a supply of camp fire wood. Plenty of dock space for 2 boats. Easily park 6 vehicles on paved parking area. Great neighbors on both sides. Less than 30 minutes to Old Orchard Beach, Funtown USA, Camp Ellis, Saco and Biddeford. We usually only have a few weeks available each season, most weeks are previously booked by repeat renters. We have owned it for 40+ years and are willing to work with repeat renters. Great place to build family memories. Paddle boat, Paddle Board and 2 kayaks (adult and child’s), as well as tubes, waterskis and tow ropes for you use. Bring your own power boats or inquire of nearby rentals. 11/19/19. NOTE: We are in the process of a complete remodel (rebuilding from foundation up) that will be completed prior to Memorial Day 2020.
