We sit on Holland Creek with views of Newport Bay. We are only minutes from the famous beaches of Assateague Island National Seashore Park, Historic Downtown Berlin, West Ocean City, 18 championship golf courses, and the beaches.
With 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the estate sleeps up to 20 people and is accessed through a paved driveway that passes a stocked freshwater pond.
