This newly remodeled home on the Intracoastal Waterway is loaded with amenities including a heated pool and private patio with waterfront views, a fishing dock (can also be used for loading and unloading a boat), a large balcony and a spacious, updated interior that can accommodate 10 guests. Summary: This home was true to its listing and did not disappoint! We had 4 kids ages 17-20 who love to fish and the dock was absolutely perfect. They caught a variety of species. The adults were able to sit back and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and watch the dolphins, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We ventured to the beach for more fishing and sun bathing and back to the house for more relaxing poolside. We brought along our jet skis and accessed the inner coastal waterway via the public ramp nearby and rode to a sandbar a couple days as well. The ample driveway parking was a bonus as well as the garage space for storage of gear. The upstairs master bedroom will get a bit warm during the day so it’s a must to keep the bedroom door open to draw the cooler air from downstairs upwards. The host(s) were very responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had. Overall, the home was a great place for our graduation family vacation and we would recommend it for to those considering it as an option!
