Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2½ bath home on Perdido Beach in Elberta. Completely updated for your enjoyment! Large yard with beach area & pier. Enjoy fishing, swimming, & skiing just steps off of the back yard! Boaters will enjoy dolphin watching and being located just 15 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico! Home offers 1600 square feet with Master bedrooms; King bed, 2 queens, one set of twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper- sleeps 10 comfortably. Tile and hardwood throughout. Baths offer standing showers. Enjoy bird watching from the waterfront porch or the 2nd level open deck. Beautiful landscaping surrounds several outdoor seating areas, including a pergola near the beach area. Coastal relaxation doesn't get any better than this!

Summary: Wonderful vacation. Peaceful, relaxing and dog friendly. We swam, we magnet fished off the dock, we went to the aeronautical museum, fine restaurants and of courses the beach. The internet was down but it turned out to be a blessing. We didn’t miss it a bit.
