Rental Saturday to Saturday
Lagoon raised ranch( sheltered parking) in Swann Keys Community. If it rains, you can play or Bar B Q under the house and watch the rain on the water. Dock your boat at the house, short ride to the open bay. You can fish, crab or bring your kayak and use it right off of the bulkhead, while the family enjoys the community pool, or play pickleball, tennis, basketball and more . Also, drive 2 miles to the free beaches or a few miles to the boardwalk.
Wide open floor plan with island cook top. View the conversation area with a 65' smart TV, cable and wireless internet ready. The second TV is in one of the bedrooms with a built in DVD player. Two sliding glass doors open to lagoon side upper deck, where you can watch breathless sunsets. Spacious bedrooms with a 6 foot by 4 foot large rain and hand held shower in the master bedroom. The hall bath with a deep tub/shower serves the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
