*Our beautiful 4BR/3 BA home is Gulf Access & located on a quiet cul de sac and less than a block from the river in the Gold Coast Estates. Granite Counters throughout the home, with the main floor boasting a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 2, a bar & coffee bar area, large dining room with seating for 10, master bedroom (king bed) and master bathroom with double sinks, large living room with sectional and a 65 in TV, pool/guest bath with access from pool, 2nd bedroom (queen bed), an office on the main floor if you need to work while on vaca, and laundry off kitchen. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms with king beds in each and a shared large bathroom.
Great outdoor space for entertaining with beautiful pool w/ waterfalls and HOT TUB, lots of outdoor seating and fire pit, large eating table room for 6, extra chairs, and grill. There is also a 42 ft dock for your boating pleasure (boat rental would be needed, there are several places that rent them out in the area), and we are 20 mins boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. Down by the dock there is another sitting area on the water, as well as a tiki hut to enjoy!! We sold our other rental home here in the area and purchased this one Jan 2019. We love this home more than the last one, the location is amazing for boating, restaurants, bars, and much more. The reviews will start coming in the more it rents, but it is like starting over since we have to put this one out here as a new listing for us. Our other home had 5 star reviews, and we know this one will as well. We hope you come stay at our new home, and are able to enjoy it as much as we have. Your stay includes Linens, all towels bath/pool/beach, dish soap, laundry soap, bikes, and fishing rods all provided for your stay.

Summary: This house is amazing! We have used VRBO for many years for all our family vacations but this is our favorite house! We have stayed here 3 times and plan to come back again next year! The house is set up great to accommodate several families. Plenty of room to allow movies in the family room, sports on the TV out by the pool while the kids swim. We cooked and ate our meals outside when we weren’t checking out the area restaurants. Grandkids were in and out of the pool and hot tub multiple times a day! Neighbors are very friendly and we walked several mornings. Our grandchildren loved checking the crab trap several times a day! They caught several which thrilled them to get their picture made with a crab! 🦀 As we were packing to come home, our granddaughter wanted to know if we were coming back next year! As long as we can travel, family vacations are where memories are made and we will be back! ❤️ Our family consists of my husband & me, our son & daughter, their spouse & 2 grandchildren. You will not be disappointed in this clean, beautiful spacious house! Owners are amazing!
