Positive: Nice and cozy with plenty of room
Negative: Dealing with Booking.com and evolve was frustrating. Never got to talk to a live person and the owner, Gilluland, never responded to calls or text. I would hesitate to say this property is kid friendly. Lots of rocky terrain, steps and cactus. Porch railing is spaced too wide. Children could easily fall through and it’s a about 8-10 ft above ground. Thank goodness our grandkids did not fall
Summary: All in all it was fine but will not stay there again with small children.
