Enjoy this great 2-story waterfront home with family and friends this summer. Located in The Coves at the end of the canal this reversed living 3-bed + bonus room home, provides you amazing views from the 2nd floor deck down the canal. Enjoy watching your loved one's kayak or paddle board while you enjoy a refreshing beverage or look south towards Atlantic City. Best seat in the house is the 2nd floor main living deck!
As guests we want you to feel at home and enjoy the comfortable and well-appointed surroundings. The mattresses are newer and extremely comfortable, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. One of the first-floor guest rooms offers direct access to its own deck and access to the dock. The kitchen has everything you need should you opt to cook; waffle maker and there is a frozen drink machine that makes a great frozen cocktail.
There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the home. Besides the upstairs living room there is a bonus space that we have fitted out for teens with (2) twin day beds, TV and lounge space and it also offers a remote home office desk should you feel the need to check in for work.
Sheets, towels, (4) beach chairs & (8) LBI Twp beach badges, as well as (2) kayaks and (1) stand-up paddle board, cable/wifi and lots of board/card games as well as corn-hole are all included for your enjoyment. Gas grill is also available on the lower-level deck.
The community boasts wide streets and paths for cycling, running and walking and is peaceful compared to being on the island. You are just minutes away to the bridge and LBI beaches, but there are plenty of things to do and explore in the immediate area.
