This award-winning property on historic Thames Street features a stunning waterfront balcony overlooking the Broadway Pier and Sagamore Pendry Hotel- perfect for people watching. The balcony sits just off an open-concept living room and kitchen making it a great social hub from a group of friends, family, or co-workers traveling together.
The 3 bedrooms are in separate areas of the house, each with their own bathroom, providing lots of privacy.
-- The Master Bedroom has an En Suite bathroom with his and hers closets and a window overlooking the interior patio.
-- The Studio Suite has its own kitchenette and living room with sleeper sofa and 75-inch Sony 4K Smart TV.
