Our home is fully furnished and comes with a 20' Brand New 2018 Pontoon Boat and Golf Cart.

* Air Condition Laundry Room (Full Size Washer and Dryer) and Work Shop
* Extra Full Size Refrigerator in Laundry Room

* 2 Bedrooms with 1 Queen & 1 Full size mattress. 1 Bedroom has a Bathroom and walk in shower set up for Handicapped. The other bedroom has a 42 inch Flat Screen TV.
* Sofa-Bed in Sunroom.
* Kitchen is fully furnished (coffee maker, toaster, plates, utensils, etc.)

Pontoon Boat fits up to 10 people. Boat is a brand new 2018 SunTracker Fishing Barge comes with a 90hp motor, Trolling motor and Lowrance GPS fish finder great for fishing. Fishing poles and basic tackle are supplied! Local Pontoon rentals go for $275 to $350 for 8 hrs. Our boat is yours for the duration of your stay! There are restaurants you could access by boat. The Historic Dora Canal is just minutes by boat from our place.
Golf Cart seats 4 has full inclosure with a fan.
