LIVING ROOM has direct views of the water, sliders to the lanai, couch, lounger, and 6 chairs along the bar adjoining the kitchen. The adjoining DEN features a comfy leather couch and easy chair, and has water views in two directions. Both rooms have ceiling fans for Florida charm and comfort.
KITCHEN features a light and bright DINING AREA, tile flooring, granite countertops, 42” upper cabinets and stainless steel appliances. A 12’ long granite bar provides ample room for entertaining guests in conversation with the chef.
MASTER SUITE has a king bed and four dressers, a small desk, direct views of the water, sliders to the lanai, and a large walk-in closet. MASTER BATH has double sinks in a long vanity, separate shower and garden tub, and an enclosed toilet area.
The SPLIT FLOOR PLAN features a private guest room with two twin beds and a walk-in closet, and view of the pool and sailboat turning basin beyond. The large GUEST BATH has a full-size shower/tub and vanity.
