Dont miss out on this beautiful waterfront property. With 50 ft dock on lake simcoe. This property has lots to offer. Large driveway and outdoor space as well as being steps to the local beach. We have a hot tub which can only accommodate 6 people at a time. So we kindly ask that you please use it respectfully.
Many activities to choose from. Whether you enjoy being in the water, or gathering around a fire. Day and night there is a lot to enjoy.
In the main area there is an 85” smart tv.
All the bedroom on the main and second floor have tvs in the rooms.
The second floor bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms.
All washrooms are renovated with the finest finishes.
The upper portion of the house has the cottage vibe with the wood finishes on the walls and ceilings and wood finished staircase. Pot lights throughout the house to add modern vibe to the property.
The kitchens are both fully stocked with all utensils you would need. We have some condiments in the fridge and cabinets in case you forget to bring. The upstairs kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, built in microwave and coffee maker.
On the upper level you have a outdoor bbq area which has a gas bbq and a bluetooth outdoor speaker. There is a large patio sectional chair and a picnic table for you to enjoy the outdoors while you are bbq'n.
In the front near the fire pit we have a propane bbq for your convenience as well. We provide one bag of firewood with every stay.
The driveway is large enough to fit approximately 16 cars and we have an Electric car charger for those who are arriving with electric vehicles.
All bedrooms have linens and pillows. We have provided some towels and soap, shower gel and shampoo but do suggest to bring your own if possible.
We provide paper towels and garbage bags enough for the duration of your stay.
In the living room we have electric fireplaces.
The property is a direct waterfront property backing onto Lake Simcoe. We have a dock where you can access the lake from the back of the house and a jet ski lift should you choose to bring or arrive on watercraft.
The beach is directly beside our property in which it offers sandy shores for you to bath in. There is also a boat launch in the park, just let us know if you are bringing any watercraft and we have a pass that allows you to enter and exit the park to easily launch and pick up your watercraft.
At this cottage you are enjoying the cottage vibes within city limits. Down Innisfil beach road you can find all the necessary stores such as no frills, sobers, Canadian tire, home hardware, and much more. We also have the beer store and lcbo for your convenience. There are also many restaurants and fast food stores nearby us in the vicinity.
This cottage is a cozy place to relax after enjoying a day at the beach or swimming in the lake. Other activities you can enjoy are fishing, walking the trails and enjoying the amenities from the park. There are also kayaks in the park that can be rented in which you can go on the water with them. Lake Simcoe is great for boating, canoeing/kayaking and jet ski.
In the winter time its great for ice fishing, winter showshoeing, ski doo.
Should you be interested in jet skis we have 2 seadoo sparks that we can rent to you for the duration of your stay.
You can comfortably sleep 10 with possible accommodation for up to 12 people.
Majority of the TV's in the house are smart TV with Netflix amazon and Disney capabilities.
The internet is the highest speed of rogers Ignite wifi.
There is a PS4 as well for your convenience.

No smoking or vaping or use of cannabis inside the house please.
We are pet friendly
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
You can invite a couple friends to visit during the day but no extra guest for overnight stays unless they are registered in your group.
Please leave the outdoor furniture in the designated areas that they are in.
Leave all linens and pillows in the rooms that they are in.
Please put the garbage in the designated bins, and the recycling in the blue bins. do not leave it on the floor by the bins or near the door of the house as raccoons will visit.
We allow parties and functions but please discuss with us first prior to booking so we can discuss if this is the right property that can cater to your needs.
The owner will reside in the lower unit for the month of February 2023. The entire property is still yours to enjoy, the owner does not interfere with your stay and if you require anything we will be there to assist you.

You will definitely fall in love with the area, as you are away from the city but within the city limits. You have complete privacy. We do cater to larger groups gender reveals, baby showers and weddings or intimate gatherings.
