Beach front cottage on one of the prettiest beaches on Lake Erie, Crescent Beach. This charming cottage is set for enjoying many happy "get away" hours. Clean, modern 1500 square foot cottage sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms, laundry room and 2 baths. Large outdoor deck overlooks fabulous private, sandy beach. The shoreline is shallow with a sandy bottom perfect for swimming or sunbathing. Approximately 5 minutes from the Peace Bridge. Close enough to Buffalo to check in at home or the office! 20-30 minutes from Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Niagara wine region. Located directly on the Friendship trail bike path. To ensure “every hour at the beach is happy hour”, we have taken care of many of the little things, so you don’t have to. The cottage is available the following weeks in 2020: June 27- July 4 July 4-11 July 11 -18 August 1-8 First Floor Master Bedroom – king bed Full Bathroom Laundry Room – washer & dryer Dining Room Large living room – TV with DVD player (and ready for gaming systems that you bring with you), lots of board games Kitchen – all major appliances, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender (for those delicious summer drinks), fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, and dishes Second Floor Bedroom #1: two twin beds Bedroom #2: queen bed and 1 twin bed Bathroom with shower Outside Deck – 22 feet X 16 feet, large patio table, chairs & umbrella Flagstone terrace above beach BBQ Grill – propane grill Beach toys – lots of toys for your use Beach chairs - available for your use Details Wifi – Internet Wifi is available for your use. TV - Blu-ray DVD player, and Netflix are all available for catching up on your favorite shows and movies after a fun day on the beach. Telephone – There is no phone in the cottage. However, because it is so close to Buffalo, US and Canadian cell phone services frequently work here. All comforters, pillows and sheets are provided. Please bring your own bath & beach towels.
