The Primary suite is a luxurious haven with a King bed and a flat-screen TV, accompanied by a private bath featuring a large walk-in shower and dual vanity for your utmost comfort. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. In the third bedroom, guests will find both a Queen bed and Twin Bunks, making it an ideal space for families or groups. Every room is designed for relaxation and tranquility.
Step into the spacious living area where floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the lazy river and surrounding beauty. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment is just a click away. This condo isn’t just about the spectacular views and luxurious sleeping arrangements. It's fitted with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. Stay connected with wireless internet access throughout the unit, and embrace your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an Air Fryer and wet bar. Additionally, the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer is at your disposal.
This unit is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the vacation. Please note that there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee paid to Liquid Life. Additionally, there is a $150 registration fee, $100 deposit for an approved leash, and a $5 service fee to be paid at the Phoenix on the Bay II front desk. The $100 leash fee will be refunded upon return of the leash. Keep your pet on a leash at all times, and remember that pets are not allowed on the beach.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
