Waterfront 121 is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium in the beautiful, gated community of The Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina where you are surrounded by stunning views! The location is ideal for easy on/off island access and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, the Pier area and so much more! Master bedroom has a king sized bed for enjoying those morning views of the marina and river. There is an en-suite bathroom in the master. The second bedroom also boasts of a king sized bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom sports a queen sized bed and shares the hallway bath.
The living room has views of the marina and river, large flat panel TV, plenty of seating for the big game and the kitchen area is open to the living and dining rooms so the chefs and the rest of the family are together. A large deck overlooking the Marina, Frederica River and St Simons Sound is just off the living room and is perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.
You will be just a short walk to the community pool that accommodates all the guests of Waterfront. A gas grill is also located in the pool area. The Coastal Kitchen restaurant is within walking distance to this Waterfront unit. The beaches and pier/village area are just a 5 minute drive from the Marina area.
