Located on a deep, wind-protected cove on the southern part of Lake Corpus Christi, this charming property has stunning Texas sunset views.
Fish off the lighted pier or bulk head, launch kayaks from the private ramp, park your boat, swim, float and take in the beautiful scenery from the covered patio.
Fenced backyard contains; fish cleaning station, deck, covered patio, picnic table, BBQ and fire pit perfect for entertaining.
Plenty of parking space including covered carport with community boat ramp just blocks away. Property has basic amenities including Wifi and smart TV.
Three bedrooms; Master room contains 1 queen with private full bath, TV and DVD/VCR. Guest room contains one queen bed and twin over twin bunk. Back lakeview room has a twin over twin bunk & full size sleeper sofa.
Sleeps 8 comfortably or up to 9-10 if doubles are utilized (extra $20/night fee per guest over 7).
