Summary: This was our 13th waterfront stay in four years and it was exactly what four adults needed to hang out at spring training, explore beaches in the area, wake up to beautiful sunrises, and do some fishing in between. Communication was quick and efficient. The house is clean and well stocked with the basics. Dispensers in both showers with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash, hand soap at the sinks, laundry and dishwashing supplies, pool towels, even hair dryers. The best time to fish is at high tide, the catfish will bite anything from shrimp to cheese sticks. I caught a tilapia, some else caught a skate, and everything else was catfish. We saw dolphins several times. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend getting groceries at a Publix over Walmart, although Walmart was the only place close to get worms to fish with. Spring is super busy in this area with college kids and baseball fans, traffic reflects that. The locals told us after spring it's not busy at all. We were there to see the Orioles, but the house is 5 minutes from the Pirates stadium and 20 minutes from the Sarasota airport. I found more reviews on another booking site that let me know this place was a good stay. So glad I found it, we love being on the water!
