Three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, full kitchen and dining area, Waterfront patio and living room with sleeper sofa. Property sleeps 8. Bikes and paddle boards available for your use. Off street parking.
Master bedroom has King size bed, ceiling fan & A/C and private bath with large shower, walk in closet perfect for Pack-n-Play.
2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, window A/C
3rd bedroom has twin size bunk beds with TV and window A/C
The living room has a queen size Serta Sleeper Sofa
There is a 2nd bathroom with a bathtub with shower head.
The patio is great! Looking out over the bay and has a large table, a couple of rocking chairs, BBQ . The Bay beach is directly across the street, the Ocean beach is a block away with world class kite boarding, sailing, beach volleyball, basketball and a long bike/running path. Shopping and dining is great and is only a block and a half away on 2nd Street. Boating, Black out roller blinds to make sleeper sofa private in the living room. Stand up paddling boarding through the Naples canals right outside the door! I have bikes and two paddleboards for your use.
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, Aquarium of the Pacific, shopping and dining on 2nd Street are some favorite activities. We hosted the US Women’s Olympic sailing team during training!
