THINGS TO KNOW
Starting January 2nd and running through the end of March, 2023 Bella Luna will be working on their parking garage, and repairing balconies. During this project some parking spots will be blocked off, but they will do their best to limit work in high traffic areas to times when the fewest guests are in the building. With the balcony work, they will NOT need to enter your unit. They will access balconies using swing stages. This may cause temporary view obstruction. When the construction crew is working on your stack of condos we suggest that you close curtains/blinds for your own privacy. While falling debris is not expected, they are asking that you not lean over the railing to look at the work being done. The contractor will be working Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.
While every effort will be made by Meyer Vacation Rentals to report property construction and complex amenity breakdowns to the impacted parties, the condition and operational status of amenities and complex construction are completely outside of Meyer Vacation Rentals' control and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.
