Summary: The space is great for a large family or group. Pretty location on a canal, iguanas walking the property, pool was great, inside has several different rooms, big dining room table and living room area for everyone to sit together. The house does need some limited upgrading or minor fixes, the hot tub was not working, the games in the game room were in disrepair, and some of the kitchen small appliances were broken.
