Island Oasis can be a 3 bedroom OR a 4-bedroom house for those who want more space. The main part of the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths sleeping 8 guests (6 adults maximum). If you need additional space or want to add 2 more guests, there is an extra bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living space on the ground level that can be added on (not rented separately). NOTE: The house is only rented as a 4 bedroom from Memorial Day to 2nd week of August- rates reflect the 4 bedrooms. Other times of the year, you can rent it as a 3 OR 4 bedroom. You will always be the only guest staying at the house.
Island Oasis is a very spacious and well-appointed home. The main part of the house has an open floor plan living space and includes a large well equipped renovated eat-in kitchen, large dining room, and spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace, large TV, 4-person air hockey game, foos ball game and amazing views from the huge wall of windows.
The kitchen features full-size appliances including a built-in oven and 6 burner gas cooktop. There are plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, serving platters, glassware, etc. We also supply a slow cooker, waffle iron, baking pans, electric griddle, food processor, mixer, blender, electric can opener, electric tea pot, coffee brewer, Keurig, popcorn maker and more!!
The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have HD TVs. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and there is another 1/2 bathroom plus an outdoor shower. At Island Oasis, we supply a pack and play for our small guests and a dog crate for the furry ones!
There is plenty of space for the entire family to gather, play games or watch cable on one of the many TVs. You can also stream a movie, watch DVDs on the Blu-ray, or enjoy your favorite music on the stereo which has IPOD docking, radio & CD player. In addition to cable and a stereo system, there is Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The laundry room has a full-size washing machine and dryer and is conveniently located just off the main kitchen.
Your family and friends will enjoy this spacious waterfront front home which features many amenities such as hot tub, boat dock, hot/cold private outdoor shower, & corn hole. The back yard is fenced for our 4-legged guests!
There is plenty of room and seating on the oversized decks for dining al fresco or lounging on a chaise or rocker while taking in the view. You can watch the pelicans and dolphins without leaving the house! The upper deck connects to the lower deck and game room with outside stairs. The private dock is perfect to tie-up your boat or kayak right from the back yard! The dock has water and a fish cleaning sink as well as a bench for fishing from the dock or just relaxing on the water!!
Island Oasis is in a quiet area, minutes to restaurants, shopping, and the St. George Island light house. Beach access is a few blocks away. We provide a cooler chest, beach chairs, beach umbrellas & beach towels so you do not need to pack them!
There is plenty of covered and uncovered parking for your cars, boat, golf cart and bikes!
When you are finished with the day's activities, enjoy a soak in the hot tub before preparing the day's catch on the park-style charcoal grill while watching the sun set.
You will appreciate all the amenities in addition to the amazing views & sunsets. Island Oasis will be the perfect vacation you want every year!

We are pet friendly! Up to 2 any-size dogs (no other types of pets please) can stay at the house at a time (pet stay will apply – 15% of all pay stays are donated to the Franklin County Humane Society). We provide a large indoor dog crate for your four-legged family members! The fenced yard is perfect for dogs. It has access from the deck (and the deck has a gate as well). Please bring covers if your dog sits on furniture.
As an add-on OPTION (included in rates Memorial Day to 2nd week of Aug), there is additional ground level space that has a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with walk in shower, kitchenette with a microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster, and huge living area, with sofas, dining table, and a large screen TV. This space opens to the outdoor game room, lower deck, and back yard. This is the perfect space for an extended family, if you need a ground level bedroom or if you want extra space to spread out.

PLEASE NOTE:
This house accommodates up to eight (8) people (INCLUDING CHILDREN & BABIES) MAXIMUM in the main part of the house (6 adults max). Two (2) additional people may stay IF the optional space is rented for your stay. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NEVER will the extra bedroom/living space be rented separately. You will always be the only guest staying on the property.
For security reasons, there is a camera in front of the house.
Cancellation Policy: We highly recommend CANCEL FOR ANY REASON Travel Insurance to protect your trip.
For cancellations made 61 days or longer before arrival: Your deposit will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee.
