This condo is located on the beach and in an area with great shopping. Provincetown Public Library and Pilgrim Monument are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Town Beaches and Ryder Street Beach. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby. Guests appreciate the property's quiet location. It just doesn't get any better than this. Purchased in 2015, we underwent a total renovation during the winter 2016. What started as a nice home transformed into an amazing waterfront unit that is the best of its kind in Provincetown.

This upscale property is has a HUGE slider that fully opens allowing easy access to the beach and fresh air. The unit is available for a maximum two guests only for the duration of the stay.
During the winter the deck furniture is kept off site in indoor climate controlled storage to keep it in pristine condition for the spring, summer and fall rentals.
The bedroom features a beautiful wall/headboard made from reclaimed wood and offers a king size, brand new tempurpedic mattress, 2 custom closets, a pocket door, and a window offering direct views of the ocean and long point light house.
The bathroom has a two person 3'X5' rainfall shower with a frameless glass door, custom barn door with full length mirror.

The unit is 2 steps down onto one of the nicest beaches in PTown with a private deeded beach, swimming and a beach accessible regardless of the tide.
Occupancy Limit- Our unit is perfect for a couple and as such is limited to a maximum of 2 guests throughout the stay.
Pets - We love animals but the condo association does NOT allow pets for renters. Sorry we cannot host your furry friends as well.
Children - We have deemed our unit unsuitable for children due to the gas stove, fireplace and absence of a tub for bathing. No exceptions.
Fireplace/Outdoor Heaters - For liability reasons, the fireplace and outdoor heaters are for owner's use only.
