THIS PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF PCB WHICH IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE DUE TO ITS VICINITY TO ST. ANDREW STATE PARK, SHELL ISLAND, CAPTAIN ANDERSONS MARINA, AND SIGNAL HILL GOLF COURSE. ALL WITHIN 1.5 MILES, 5 MINUTE DRIVE OR 30 MINUTE WALK. THERE ARE SHUTTLES IN ST ANDREWS THAT WILL TAKE YOU OVER TO SHELL ISLAND. 2 BEDROOM WITH MASTER HAVING A KING SIZE BED AND THE 2ND BEDROOM HAVING 2 QUEEN SIZED BEDS. THE LIVING ROOM HAS A SLEEPER SOFA PULL OUT COUCH.
YOU CAN WALK TO THE FAMOUS SCHOONERS RESTAURANT BAR AND GRILL THAT IS A 15 MINUTE WALK ON THE BEACH OR TO THE FAMOUS CAPTAIN JACKS ALL YOU CAN EAT SEAFOOD AND CRAB LEGS OR EVEN CAPTAIN ANDERSON'S AND WATCH THE FISHERMAN ROLL IN WITH THEIR CATCHES FOR THE DAY.
THIS CORNER UNIT PROVIDES AMAZING VIEWS RIGHT FROM YOUR COUCH OR BALCONY. THE ADVANTAGE OF BEING ON A LOW FLOOR LIKE THE 2ND IS YOU CAN WATCH TV AND WATCH THE WAVES BREAK ON THE OCEAN AND ALSO NEVER USE A ELEVATOR. ITS LIKE YOUR OWN BEACH HOUSE TO WALK STRAIGHT OUT TO THE BEACH FROM BUT WITH AMENITIES SUCH AS A POOL, GYM, HOT TUB, TIKI HUT, CHAIRS AND WATER SPORT RENTALS ETC THAT YOU WOULDN'T NORMALLY GET AT A BEACH HOUSE.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ MUST BE 25 TO RENT: WE ARE TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE THAT HAVE A SMALLER BUDGET BY NOT MAKING OUR RENTALS A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM. THE ONLY WAY WE CAN DO THIS THOUGH IS BY HAVING RENTERS EITHER BUTT THEIR RENTAL UP TO ANOTHER RENTAL OR LEAVE AT LEAST A 3 NIGHT GAP BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR STAY. WE CANNOT RENT THE UNIT FOR 1 OR 2 NIGHTS SO IF YOU CANNOT BUTT UP TO ANOTHER STAY OR LEAVE A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT GAP BEFORE OR AFTER PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AS IT WILL BE CANCELLED.
