DETAILS: Brand new construction! This corner lot home located in Phase 3 of WaterColor features 6-bedrooms, 6.5-bathrooms, and ample parking for multiple cars. Guests will retain privacy, as the lot backs up to a green preserve and has only one neighboring home. It's professionally decorated with unique touches throughout each room. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Thanksgiving week with our large family at 42 Flatwood. Plenty of bedrooms/baths for a large family and the living area has several different seating areas, so we didn't feel crowded. The house came with all of the amenities that the property manager described, including 6 bikes and electric golf cart. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was extremely attentive. We highly recommend this property!!
