Why drive 45 minutes further to Havasu and wait over an hour to launch, just to drive your boat up to Topock 66 and/or Pirate Cove. We're 7 miles from Topock 66 Marina and 10 miles from Pirate's Cove Marina where there's no wait to launch. Even on the three day weekends there's little or no wait to launch your boat. Our house has a nice little water view. We have plenty of room for boat and RV parking along with RV hookups for water and electric. There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a CA. king, one guest bedroom has CA. king, and the bonus room has one king and one queen bed. Eight people can sleep comfortably. We're pet friendly. The house is equiped with a dog door leading into a gated kennel. The kennel gate can be opened to allow a dog access to the entire back yard which is completely fenced. For those not familiar with Golden Shores/Topock it's 5 miles north of the I-40 bridge that crosses the Colorado River just as you get into AZ. from CA. The town is small, but does have a small market and a convenience store (both have fuel pumps). There are two small bar and grills to eat at in town, but there is no fine dining. Both Lake Havasu and Laughlin are just 45 minutes away where you can go for a nice meal or gamble. The house has wifi, and there's a gas grill to BBQ as well. Everything is turn key with all the basics to cook and eat meals. It's completely remodeled, and well kept up. Check in is at 4:00 P.M. Check out is at 10:00 A.M. Early check in and late check outs are available upon request and only when the house will not be occupied on the day of check in or check out. Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE if notice of cancellation is less than 30 days from the date of check in. Holiday weekends require payment in full within 14 days of reservation and are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances within 90 days of check in. There is a two night minimum on weekends (non holidays, and 3 nights on holidays). Monthly rentals will be required to pay the electric bill.
