Our holiday home is called: " Villetta Water Front Cala Caterina": Our Villetta is luxury accessoried and has one terrance with an amazing view over the renowned and exclusive bay of Cala Caterina, over the white sandy beach and also over unforgettable sunsets that you will see every evening from the Villetta. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom, 1 little mezzanine with 1 single bed and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The house is ideally located, very quite and peaceful.
The Villetta is at only 3 minutes by car from the turistic port of Villasimius.
The house allows you to escape from the stress and strains of life and to visit an idyllic part of the world.
The Villetta is available to rent all year around, has discounts for long stay and, if available, could be rented together with our Villa Water Front Cala Caterina (per info see the Vrbo offer n. 6278000) and our Flat/Studio Water Front Cala Caterina (= Monovano, per info see the Vrbo offer n. 6348006). Summary: We were enjoying our stay at the house very much. It is equipped with all comfort you need to spend relaxing holidays at the beach: good kitchen, two bath rooms with showers, a terrace and a stair that leads directly to the sandy beach. And the view over the sea while dining outside is marvelous. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the separation of the garbage. We are not used to the Italien way of separation, but we tried hard to do everything right 🙂. Roberto was very helpful and patient with answering our questions. All in all we had a relaxing time in Villasimius and could charge our batteries with solarpower for the coming winter.
