Four Bedroom Two Bathroom Immaculately maintained family beach house. This is strictly a no party home. Please respect that we are in a residential area.
Situated on the River Front with views to the river's mouth and bay beyond.
Huge double block with drive through access, plenty of room for a big boat to drive through. The shed even has an outdoor fish cleaning station!
Our home has been a tightly held family home for two generations and is now available for the first time to the public.
Original cottage is made from superb, rare local stone with jarrah floor boards. There is an updated kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. We have just installed a new underbench oven, cooktop, and microwave.
Beautiful front deck and great protected rear entertaining area with BBQ.
The fourth bedroom has its own entry with a separate shower and toilet. 'The honeymoon suite!'
Bremer Bay is a stunning secluded Beachside town reminiscent of the old style holiday towns from the last century (when I was a kid!) - no traffic lights, but well maintained by the Shire of Jerramungup. Bremer Bay has gained notoriety for the Orca Tours, Whales, Wild Flowers, wicked fishing, walks, Fitzgerald River National Park rugged landscape, and general awesomeness.
