Your own private jetty and boat ramp close by. Mundoo Channel is one of the South Coasts most popular destinations having the Coorong National Park right on your doorstep. Fish for fresh Coorong Mullet, Salmon, Trout etc it's all right here. With only a 10 minutes drive to Goolwa.

The property has the following layout:
Large front family room with combustion wood fire for those cozy winter nights. Also a split system, and ceiling fan. Plenty of seating areas and a large TV.
Three good size bedrooms.
Master Bedroom and second bedroom both with Queen size beds. Bedroom three has 2 lots of single bunk beds.
Bedroom two and three with built in robes available for the guests use.
The second living area/dining area also overlooks the water through the expansive windows making this the perfect spot to entertain your family & friends. Large dining table to seat 8 people.
Kitchen has electric cooking, double sink, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge and much more!
Main Bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
Another second toilet is available.
Laundry has a washing machine.
Large front deck plus huge undercover alfresco area. Perfect spot to sit for hours. Ideal spot for the weekend barbecue to sit back with your favourite glass of wine and enjoy some of the best views that the South Coast has to offer. Gas pizza oven and BBQ available for use. Outdoor fire area which is undercover as well as a TV.
The shed also contains an air hockey table, table tennis table and 2 single Kayaks for guests to use. (please bring your own life jackets if you would like to use the Kayaks)
