Summary: Pros- - property was as pictured/ described - location was right on beach and very convenient to Ptown - the beds were comfortable Cons- - communication- I tried contacting the property mgr weeks in advance with questions and did not get a response until right before our stay. It made me nervous he was going to ghost our reservation. Once there he became responsive. - cleanliness- when we arrived there was sand on the floor from the last guests and a dish towel and sponge that SMELLED AWFUL. They clearly had not been replaced in a long time. The only bath tub was also missing a drain plug which was problematic with little kids. - Deferred maintenance- it was our impression that guests were relied upon to bring attention to items that needed to be fixed. For this price point, we would expect proactive maintenance by the mgr and the condo to be in pristine condition. We ended up having to clean air filters for the ac units, replace batteries in most remote controls, and faucets were lose in kitchen/ bathroom. We will not be returning to this unit as we have stayed in better in Truro. We prefer to have our vacation units to be turn key at this price point. This place was not terrible, it just wasn’t for us.
