Summary: The place was spacious to host our group and we had fun hitting the local restaurants and smaller towns around the area. We learned that there is not direct/easy access for boating to get out to major waterways. It requires going through a "lock" or gate with boat which is a little initimdating if youre on a family vacation and adds significannt time to get out of the smaller waterways. May be worth renting boat thats held elswhere with quicker access to open waters. Kayakaing sort of stuff nice and accessible
