Plenty of bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, cable, WiFi, beach chairs & floats, books, and board games are just a few added perks here. We also provide top and fitted bed sheets and bath towels. You will need to bring blankets and beach towels. This home is just steps away from the yacht club, bocce, and corn hole, and a short walk to the sandy beach. South Down Shores also offers a playground, tennis, volley ball, pickle ball and basketball courts. Children and adults enjoy the miles of paved sidewalks, walking trails, snow mobile trails, ponds and streams that run throughout this protected and gated community. South Down Shore is convenient to Meredith, Laconia, Gun Stock Mountain, Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, and Weirs Beach. The location is perfect for adventures in all seasons!
