Wasted Time - Sitting directly on Draper Lake in Old Florida Beach, Wasted Time is a three-bedroom (+ tower room), four-bathroom home offering breath-taking views of the lake, as well as the protected sand dunes, and of course the Gulf! This beautiful house can sleep up to 11 lucky guests, and it offers everybody the best of both worlds- lake life and beach life. Draper Lake is a rare coastal dune lake that opens into the Gulf with a shallow outfall and is one of South Walton’s most iconic sights to see. This gated neighborhood is a family favorite and a community that you will want to return to year after year. The first floor offers a spacious kitchen, as well as a large living room with picture windows to allow for views in all directions and plenty of sunlight. The second floor features the master bedroom with a king bed and a large master bathroom with a separate shower and tub and a private deck with an incredible lake/gulf view. Can you think of a better place to enjoy your morning coffee? This level also has two other bedrooms, both with queen beds and deck access with a shared hall bathroom - shower only. An additional half bath also sits on this level convenient for guest use. The third floor offers a tower room that can be a great hangout area for the kids and features a queen sofa sleeper, along with three built-in twin beds, a large flat-screen TV, and comfy seating. Huge porches on the first and second floors of the home allow stunning views from all angles and serve as the perfect place to enjoy meals al fresco, sunset glasses of wine, and time spent together with a memorable backdrop. The beach and the community pool are each only a short walk away.
