Positive: The apartment is situated not far away from expressway S8, so it is a good location to stop when you drive to or from Germany. New building with elevator. Free parking on the street (if you are lucky to find free place).
Negative: It is a studio type apartment, very small room with big bed and kitchen, not very clean, e.g. we find dust on radiator in the bathroom, not clean floor. Only one blanket. No bottle opener or corkscrew. There is a kitchen, but no even a little table to take a food. Electrical sockets hang out of wall. Torn chairs in a balcony. Windows looking into a noisy street, so it is difficult to sleep at night with open balcony door, no A/C.
