Usually I accommodate early check-in, but it depends if there is another guest checking out that morning so cleaner needs time to clean, usually she's done around 2pm. But you're welcome to come early and wait in the backyard.

Sorry, no late checkout, due to the automatic scheduling system for cleaner. She is very prompt to come at 11AM and has other host's listings to serve too.
3) Can I check in late at night?
Yes, it's easy self check in, you can check in anytime after 3pm.

Unfortunately no, the heater just went out, and hence it's never been advertised as heated pool & spa in the listing, will update the listing in the future once fixed.
