Positive: Comfort and cozy. It's clean and has everything you need. An excellent choice for the price
Negative: 1. Laundry is near the room. Night time so noisy. 2. So hard to find parking spot after 8 p.m. near the building. Ground floor, curtains on the windows instead of blinds. If you open the curtains to let light into the room, everyone can see what's inside. 4. The front door doesn't seal properly, there are small gaps on either side of the door. 5. The walls are very thin, so there's a lot of noise. But there are no neighboring apartments nearby, except for the laundry room, where people constantly pass by your room. 6. The bed squeaks a bit.
